Spherical Roller

Spherical rollers allow rotation with less friction and angular misalignment. Spherical rollers have a mixed structure of sphere and cylinder which support a rotating shaft in the bore. Spherical rollers are designed to handle heavy radial loads and axial loads in both directions. Spherical roller performance depends upon several factors such as geometry of the roller, heat treatment, roller tolerance, roller profile, raceways & cages and surface finishing of the rollers. Pressed steel and machined brass material are commonly used in manufacturing of spherical rollers. We manufacture a dimensional series for spherical roller bearings which is ISO dimension scaled. Spherical rollers are also designed according to the client’s requirements. Spherical rollers are majorly used in agriculture machines such as harvesting machine, textile machine, paper machine, wood working machine and many other non agricultural types of machinery. We offer cold headed & heat treated rollers, normal & precision class ground and honed rollers with desired specifications from the side of customer.

We assist our customers to choose a proper spherical roller for a required application with the help of design engineering and application assistance team members. We also provide the general tolerance of spherical rollers to make sure about the selection of perfect spherical roller bearing.
