Needle roller bearings are similar to cylindrical rollers in structure but the diameter of needle rollers is small relative to its length. The flat ends of needle rollers are designed to maintain the line contact between the needle rollers and the raceways. Due to the low cross section area of needle rollers, it holds a high load carrying capacity. Needle rollers are used in many applications of limited radial space. We design and manufacture needle rollers in various sizes and series according to our customer requirements and DIN 5402. Our perfect needle rollers are appropriate for a wide scale of operating conditions and applications. Needle roller bearings have its major role in automobile industry as vehicle components which are as rocker arm pivots, compressors, pumps and transmissions.
