Cylindrical Roller

Cylindrical Rollers are cylindrical shaped bearings which are used as rolling elements. As the rollers have a greater (linear) contact area with the outer ring due to cylinder structure and distribute loads across a wider surface. Cylindrical rollers have high radial load capacity which makes it suitable for high speed machines. To manufacture cylindrical rollers of different diameters and length pressed steel & machined brass cages are dominantly used. Raw material for cylindrical roller manufacturing process depends upon the application and area where it will be used.

We offer DIN 5402 standard rollers majorly and manufacture cylindrical roller bearing according to the customer specific demands also. We supply cylindrical rollers in two conditions that one is super-finished (Ground & honed) as well as semi-finish (Headed & Heat Treated) condition to our precious customers. A wide range of cylindrical rollers are available h\ere which include the highest 150 mm diameter and length for cylindrical rollers. We follow cold heating and turning process for manufacturing 5mm to 25mm and 25mm to 150mm cylindrical rollers respectively. We also provide desired specific cylindrical rollers to our patrons according to their needs which fall sunder the measurement scale of diameter of our company. Along with this, we offer a variety of cylindrical rollers as single row bearings and double row bearings.
